Thank you. I'm concerned, too, that it's not as active as it should be by Day 5. Could it be that it's TOO warm in the oven with the light on? Should I transfer it from my beautiful KAF crock to something clear so I can observe it more closely? I'm only seeing a few bubbles on top. Does it slow things down when I remove the lid to check on it?
