Hi I am totally new to this and Im attempting this method for the starter. This is just the 1st - 24 hrs and the starter is very dry on top almost looks like a bit of a crust forming along with some dry bits of flour. I thought I had mixed it well enough but obviously I didn't. Should I start over?
