Thank you very much for your reply. I have returned from my trip after 2 days and I'd like to get back to starting my starter again. I've tried reading this website about how to do that, but it wasn't very clear. How long before I can start the normal process of taking out a certain amount of discard and feeding y starter again? How long should I keep it out of the fridge again before I start the discard/feeding process again? Thanks in advance for your help.
