tried twice in the last 6 days ....first batch became very runny after feeding it for the first time on day 3. Hence disposed. 2nd try, got mold in the glass jar, just before the day 3 feeding, hence had to dispose again.
Today, have put in a 3rd try, and this time in a glass bowl with a loose cover(where very little air can pass thru)...tom will be first feed with all purpose flour.

where did/am i going wrong ?? please help
