That's right, Lauren! Covered well enough to keep out dust and debris and prevent too much drying, but not so airtight that your yeast can't breathe. A cap that's not screwed down, a latched lid with the rubber seal removed, or plastic cling wrap that's not attached firmly to the bowl all work well. Happy baking!
