Okay, starting my starter for third time. (And I now have a digital scale.). I keep my starter in oven with light on for warmth ( it's been well below freezing in NE US)
I have yet to see any bubbling or doubling. Am using KA whole wheat flour, and KA white for continued feedings.
Any ideas why I am failing?
