Late to the game as usual. I read a lot of the posts. Q? At an altitude of 9500 feet. Is there any issues/adjustments.. I just heard about this and want to try it out from a vacation spot that I am at and great breads and pizza...they told me they grow their own yeast... so needless to say. I'm in...
