I have been feeding my sourdough starter every 12 hours for almost 2.5 weeks now. It bubbles and expands from about 1 cup to 1.5 cups. It smells great, I just feel like it is taking forever and I'm going through a lot of flour! The blog post says it should double in size. I do live in a cold, dry environment and my house gets as cold as 60 degrees at night. Any thoughts?!
