Abby, the good news is that your starter is definitely still alive if it's bubbling even just a little! There are a few factors that could be contributing to the lack of activity, including the temperature in your apartment, measuring out a heavier than intended cup of flour for each feeding, and only discarding 1/2 cup of your starter (when really you should be keeping and feeding just 1/2 cup of starter each time). Getting back on track can be simple. The next time you feed your starter (and every time after that), make sure to discard all but 1/2 cup; use our fluff, sprinkle and level method to get a relatively lighter cup of flour; and try using one of the tricks suggested here for creating a warmer environment for your starter. If you're still not seeing much activity in another 2-3 days, feel free to give our Baker's Hotline a call at 855-371-BAKE, and we'd be happy to troubleshoot further with you. Mollie@KAF
