Hi, very spontaneously last night i decided to make a starter and doing much reading today. What i am not sure about is the feedings. All my numbers will be in ounces... If i start with 8oz, 4 water and 4 flour and remove half and then add another 8, i'll be left with 12 and the starter will keep growing by 4 ounces, or am i missing something here? i thought the idea was to keep it at the same volume. Thank you!
