No problem at all with your English — it's just fine. First question: why do you want your starter to rise faster? It sounds like it's progressing nicely. In cooler temperatures, starters can take several weeks to really get going. That said, if you want to speed the process, I'd suggest putting your starter in a warmer place; I find that when I put my starter in the turned-off oven with the electric light on, it really takes off. The temperature is probably in the mid-80s inside the oven. You can also try feeding it twice a day, if you're not already. I think eventually you'll get it doubling in 4 to 8 hours, which is probably a good goal. Good luck! PJH
