Hi! So I just started my starter for about 1 week. It has a nice amount of bubbles, really good aroma (really sour with a hint of alcohol). But what bothers me is that the starter is not rising fast enough.. it has been taking like 12 hours to get it doubled and it seems like it doesn't get faster to rise each day. So what should i do to get that starter rising fast enough to consider it as ready to be used? Sorry for the English, isn't my native language. Thanks!!
