I made my starter 2 weeks ago to the day. I've been using unbleached flour, water without chlorine, and have been consistent has possible with feeding it every 12 hours. It will bubble but I see absolutely no increase in volume. It smells nice but even the bubbles isn't as active as the last example picture you posted. It more or less looks like it did after the 3rd day of twice a day feeding.
Should I give up on it and start over or should I keep giving it more time?
