Hi Tom,
If you'd like to increase the amount of starter you have, still begin with the same amount of ingredients given in this blog here. When you get the feedings on Day 4 or 5, that's when you can begin to give it larger amounts of flour and water. Discard about 4 ounces, and then add back in 8 ounces of water (1 cup) and 8 ounces of flour (a scant 2 cups). A few feedings using this ratio will give you more than the 2 cups of starter you need for that recipe. Happy sourdough baking! Kye@KAF
