Followed your step and after 24 hours my dough had become active. I proceeded to feed it as instructed and discarded all but 4 ounces. Feed it and about 6 hours later the container was over flowing. I proceeded to do another feeding by keeping 4 ounces and discarding the rest. 2 hours later and it has doubled in size. Is this normal?
We have had unusually hot weather past 2 days. Could this be the cause?
