It may still be fine, just needing a little TLC to bring it back. Try discarding all but 1/4 cup, then feed with flour and water as usual and ferment for 4-6 hours. Repeat once more, discarding all but 1/4 cup. If the starter begins to perk up, do this again the next day, two times. If you start to see bubbles again, you're good to go back to regular feedings. If no bubbles after 2 days of careful feedings, then unfortunately the starter is a goner. We'll keep our fingers crossed. ~ MJ
