Another question: I had my starter running well on the first day. The night of the second day it was looking scary growth wise as I had done 6 oz of everything instead of 4, so I stirred it down. Overnight, it fought its way out of the jar. I then dropped it back to 4 oz for everything, and day 3 it was a little active, but not like that second day. Day 4 same, I get a few bubbles, but it seems sad. Rises maybe a quarter inch. Did I kill it when it overflowed? Why would it go from very aggressive to completely laid back. I know it is "alive" because there are some bubbles, but it went from threatening to take over the kitchen to barely moving.
