I just started my starter this evening. I was a bit confused by the measure at the beginning, but found my answer in the comment section. I used measuring cups - measure by wt. and volume were both mentioned at the start of the recipe. However as I read on, it seems weighing is preferable. Should I start weighing from now on, or should I stick with what I am doing to be consistent? I watched the series Cooked and I am very excited about trying the slow rise fermentation process.
