I used the link for the sourdough bread recipe : http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/rustic-sourdough-bread-recipe I thought the idea to make a sourdough starter was to not use yeast in your recipe. The recipe from that link is asking for 1 cup of starter and 2 teaspoons of yeast. Do you have another recipe without yeast?
