The proof is in the flavor, Georgi! Sourdough bread isn't for everyone, but some bakers like to take on the challenge of wrangling wild yeast from the air and harvesting its power to make their dough rise. The tangyness is just the cherry on top of knowing that you were able to make bread the way it was done centuries ago. Perhaps one day you'll be intrigued by the magic of sourdough enough to give it a try...Kye@KAF
