Hello there!
Have a quick question because it seems as I read through some of the comments that I got mixed answers for my question.
I know that it's best to start with a whole flour (I used KAF Whole Wheat). Now if I would like to feed my starter from start to finish with the WW flour, do I continue to feed as scheduled in the same amounts? I thought I read somewhere that you have to be careful and use a 50/50 blend of AP and WW because you can affect acidity levels, but then I think I read somewhere else in the comments that it's ok to use straight WW and feed in the same amounts.
Just need clarification on this one detail! Thanks you guys!
