I just received my Sourdough Starter kit from King Arthur Flour and am so excited to make my first batch! It won't be from scratch with this "descendant of one that began its life over 250 years ago" (seriously?). I just wanted to start out right with King Arthur at this new juncture in my years of bread baking experience so I can be confident that it won't turn out to be "The Sourdough That Ate Milwaukee"! Will report back on the results...thank God for blogs! Kitty Milwaukee, WI p.s. I love my King Arthur sourdough crock pot!
