I'm now on day 13 on my starter. No rise whatsoever (I use rubber band around jar). Quite a few small bubbles. I fed it the cycle of every 12 hours, as advised, for a week, no growth. I went back to every 24 hours to see if it would generate a rise and more bubbles. Nothing new. I weigh everything. Keep in a temperature controlled 70 degrees room. Bottled or filtered water, using recommended flours. Just a glob of flour and water that bubbles a little. Would raising the temperature to 75 degrees help? I'm baffled.
