I have been following instructions via a friend. It's been about 3 weeks. It's bubbling a little, and barely rising. It rises from just under 1.5 cups when fed to just above 1.5 cups. It does smell sour. Here's the problem - I have not been using bottled water or unbleached flour. Do I need to start over?
