I'm curious how much you cut back on the sugar for the less-flat cookies? I also prefer a cookie that isn't overly sweet. I love the idea of using cinnamon and cappuccino chips, too! Jackie, the original recipe used 1/2 cup granulated sugar; the lower-sugar version calls for 1/3 cup. PJH
