Question about this recipe -- I'm making the cake layers on Tuesday, to be frosted on Wednesday night. I won't be serving the cake til Thursday evening. What's the best way to store the cake layers in the meantime? In the fridge or at room temperature? Thanks!! I would keep the layers tightly wrapped at room temperature- refrigeration tends to dry cakes out quite a bit. ~Amy
