I am really excited to try this recipe! I am wondering if I can prepare them up to slicing and arranging them in the pans, then refrigerate them and take them out later in the day to rise and then bake. That would serve well for a Sunday afternoon dinner. I proof my bagels in the refrigerator overnight which only serves to make them better...
