Okay, finally got my starter and tried it. Nice and airy. I didn't go with the paprika, I used a little cocoa to make it brown. Not enough to taste, just to color. However I did put some in the struesel. I mixed 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c nuts and sprinkled it on the 12x16 square then rolled. I then melted butter and put it on top after the rise. Mmmmm.... :-)
