The uncooked cranberry sauce (or relish) PJ mentioned surely sounds good. PJ, would you be so generous and post your recipe here? Thanks for all the great tips over the posts... Anne - 1 bag fresh cranberries; 1 medium seedless orange (skin and all); 3/4 to 1 cup sugar, to taste - grind coarsely in food processor. Add nuts, apple, pineapple, crystallized ginger, etc. to taste. Pretty simple, eh? Enjoy - PJH
