I made this recipe this last weekend. I love fruitcake and wanted to give this recipe a try. Recipe turned out great and was very easy to follow. I made seven small loafs for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, neighbors came over last night and I am now down to six! The fruitcake was very good after just sitting for one night. I can't wait to see how it tastes in a month.
