Can this be made gluten free? I know King Arthur recently came out with a gluten free flour - do any adjustments need to be made? I would love to make this gluten free if possible! Thanks in advance You'll see we haven't tested this as GF, but using 1/4 teaspoon xanthan for each cup of GF multi purpose flour is a great place to start! Happy GF Baking! Irene@KAF
