Can you post the GF modifications?? We didn't test this as a GF version in our test kitchen. You might consider using your favorite GF flour, adding 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum for each cup of flour. We'd love you to post your successful results so other GF bakers can benefit from the info. Happy Baking! Irene@KAF
