I will be making this next week. It looks heavenly! You used a round cake pan yet one of the comments (suesthebaker) was that you said to use a springform pan. Which works better? Either is fine... you have to turn it upside-down one way or the other. I prefer a round pan, as it's not usually as deep as a springform - less chance of the cake going "ker-plomp" when you turn the pan upside down... PJH
