Oh. My. Word. This is THE most fabulous cake ever! Fresh baked with freshly pick Chapin Orchard (VT) Cortlands. It was all we could do to save some for tomorrow. It is pretty special, isn't it? Kudos to my fellow bakers Andrea and Sue for this lusciousness! PJH
