This looks so delicious! Do you think I could make apple upside down CUPcakes? If so, how high do you think I should fill a standard cupcake pan so that it doesn't overflow? Thanks in advance! While it would be a bit of work, I think cupcakes could be done. You'll have to play with the amount of batter, but start with half full and see how it goes.
