OK, I just made this pie, and I don't think I'll ever return to the traditional apple pie! It's gorgeous and the scent is incredible. I sprinkled a little extra cinnamon on top of the streusel, and added chopped pecans to the top just b/c I love that combo in apple crisp. Thank you, PJ!
