Please get in the habit of giving the temperature of the pan or griddle. Some of us have electric griddles with thermostats, and some of us have infrared thermometers to read the temp of a hot surface. I understand that it may be necessary to tweak the temp as we're cooking, but at the very least it would be convenient to know where to start. Thanks for the feedback. We'll definitely try to keep that in mind. ~ MaryJane
