One more question...my pain de mie pan is 13 x 4. Should I 1.5x the recipe to make it fit in the pan? Thanks PJ! I cannot wait to surprise my husband with this tomorrow morning for breakfast! Hi Anne, Try increasing all the ingredients except the yeast and salt by 1/3. That should produce enough dough to fill the larger pan nicely. Have fun with your dear one. ~ MaryJane
