PJ - I think you just threw down the gauntlet!... "You can roll it even thinner so there’s just a quarter-sized hole in the very center, if you like, then it looks like a true double-crust pie." That's gonna be one BIG piece of pie dough.... but I've had my eye on that giant spatula for a while now. I think it would be a super assistant! :-) Tory Tory, the giant spatula would work (I think) even with this size of circle if you fold it in quarters first, as directed - have at it! :) PJH
