That's not something we've tried, Judy, and we think it would change the texture of fondant icing, making it soft and melt more readily. That being said, you could consider using cream cheese flavoring if you're primarily hoping to add this ingredient for flavor. If you decide to go ahead and give this a try, start with a small amount of cream cheese (1 to 2 ounces) and see if you like the results before using more. Good luck and happy baking! Kye@KAF
