Hi Cynthia, we're happy to help with this. First, it might be worth it to try to find a nut-free white chocolate that you can use to make the frosting for your petit fours. If you can't find one that's suitable for your granddaughter's needs, then you're welcome to use a basic chocolate ganache (using nut-free chocolate, of course). You'll want to apply the chocolate ganache while it's still warm so you can pour it over the petit fours and ensure an even, smooth coating. Either way, they'll be delicious! Kye@KAF
