Ah! Somehow I missed this blog post when I found your fondant recipe. It would have saved me a lot of time and (crumby) agony! My petit fours tasted great, but did not look as good as I wanted. A very good primer - and luckily I froze cake from my first trial. I am excited to try it again with your technique!
