I made these the other day for a gift basket and kept a couple for myself--and I am sooo glad I did. They are amazing! I want to try making a half batch all for me--I have a 7 and 3/4 square pan that's almost exactly half the capacity of a 13 x 9 pan so I'm planning on using that, but I have no idea how long they should take to bake. I'd give the bars about 5 to 7 minutes less in that smaller pan; you'll have to test and see the first time, but then write down your results and you should be good to go for succeeding bakes. PJH
