Kosher salt would be perfect in these, I always add it to my chocolate chip cookies. Getting a burst of salt with the chewy brown sugar dough and chocolate is my idea of heaven. Just wanted to share my little secret. Thanks. We promise to keep it just between us ;) ~ MaryJane
