I made these bars this weekend - they were great! The recipe is correct - take them out before they look done and then let them continue baking while they cool. I froze half of them, since it sounds like the shelf life is short. Lastly - I used chocolate chunks (cut from a large dark chocolate bar) and walnuts as add-ins. The KAF expresso powder really shines through and I loved biting into a chocolate chunk! Thanks for a great recipe. Thanks for the enthusiastic endorsement, Kelly! PJH
