Hi there, Susan! We're thrilled to hear that these bars are well-loved by your family! You certainly can make a gluten-free version of these, just swap out the flour called for with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour — it'll be a 1:1 substitution. The bars may need a few minutes longer than normal to bake through, but this is quite common with gluten-free baked goods. Happy baking!
