Donna Devereaux March 23, 2021 at 5:49pm In reply to Kristina, when I make a big batch of croissants I always freeze… by bakersresource I put my fresh baked croissants in the freezer and they work out fine baking them for about 10 minutes on 400 or just play with this. They are still great!! Reply
