Does anyone have any guidance for using a jam or cheese filling on these? My parents sell a premade frozen product that has a figure 8 of cheese filling and strawberry that I would like to replicate with a scratch recipe. I’ve used the jam when making the KAF danish recipe but the cheese filling I use in that is too runny and I would think I’d need something more solid in a croissant.
