Hi, Ginger. It's worth a try. I would put the croissants on a baking sheet and cover them lightly with foil; bake for 10 minutes at 375°F and uncover for another 5 to 10. Keep an eye on where the dough overlaps; when that seam is golden brown, the pastry should be cooked all the way through to the center. Susan
