Unbaked croissants could theoretically be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months, though we encourage you to use them within 1 month of freezing for best results. Be sure to wrap them well in plastic wrap or keep them in a ziplock bag to prevent freezer burn. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
